At Hannah B Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place your jewelry in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your receipt until your refund is processed.
